Cancellation Policy Hightree House
We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we apply the following cancellation policy to protect both our guests and our guesthouse from unexpected situations:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the guest
1.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by e-mail).
1.2. The following cancellation fees apply:
• Up to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount.
• Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
• Less than 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount.
1.3. If a guest departs earlier than the booked stay, no refund will be issued.
1.4. Hightree House recommends that guests take out cancellation insurance to cover unexpected costs.
Cancellation by Hightree House
2.1. Hightree House reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, fire, pandemics or technical failures).
2.2. In such cases, Hightree House will inform the guest as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or reasonable refund.
2.3. If a guest seriously violates the house rules or booking terms, Hightree House may immediately terminate the reservation without the right to a refund.
